An agreement must be reached between the student, the Income Security advisor and the head of the institution before the measure is approved. The Income Security program must receive, on a regular basis, evaluations from the educational institution including student’s attendance record, a report on the student’s behaviour and a progress report from the head of the institution. Should the student fail to fulfil his or her commitment, the schooling allowance may be reduced or terminated.
