Availability allowance is granted to adults who are ready to enrol in an active participation program and who do not have any limitation, whether severe or temporary, who are not already involved in an active participation program and who have not refused or given up employment and/or an active participation program. An availability rate is assigned to clients when no other rate applies to their situation and characteristics.
