Income Security advisors shall assign a rate based on the conditions and characteristics of the adult. The program is organized around two elements:
- Non capable of working
Severely limited capacity
Severely limited capacity participant
Temporary limited capacity
- Capable of working
Available
Participant
Non participant
Mixed
The rates shown in the table indicate the total amount clients are entitled to claim. For consistency purposes between the Framework Policy program and the provincial Income Security program, it is to be noted that no adult will be adversely affected. Income security and Framework Policy allowances correspond to the total amount of the Quebec sales tax. (Provincial Income Security program).
