Indemnities paid by the Ministère de la Sécurité publique (MSP) under a general or specific financial assistance program are excluded for a determined period.
Amounts received as compensation for:
- essential movable property are excluded from the calculation of financial assistance allowances for a period of 90 days;
- real property are excluded for a period of 2 years;
- supplementary living expenses are fully excluded from the calculation of the allocation.
