13.05.04 – Direct deposit: Unrealized in the account

The financial institution may sometimes be unable to realize the deposit in the account of the client participating in direct deposit for various reasons, such as:

 

  • unable to locate account
  • closed account
  • transferred account
  • drawer deceased
  • frozen account
  • individual account # incorrect
  • other reason
  • client name incorrect
  • refusal by the client
