All applicants must:
- when they apply, PROVIDE all DOCUMENTS and INFORMATION necessary to ascertain their eligibility or that of their family and to determine the amount of their benefits (with the exception of the family allowance and the National Child Benefit Supplement (NCBS));
- provide NOTIFICATION of any CHANGE in their personal or family situation that may affect their benefits (with the exception of the family allowance and the National Child Benefit Supplement (NCBS));
- submit a complete, signed statement on their personal and family situation as well as an abbreviated statement at the prescribed time intervals.
