10.01.01 – SB- Pregnancy

Payment of benefits commences in the month in which the document certifying the need is received.

• $55 per month in the case of PREGNANCY;

A pregnant dependent child is also entitled to this special benefit, commencing the month in which the required document is received.

MONTHLY SUPPLEMENTS AND SHARED CUSTODY

In the case of a dependent child whose parents share custody and who is eligible for a monthly supplement under a special benefit, this benefit is paid in whole:

• if one of the parents is a beneficiary;

or

• if both parents are beneficiaries (no prorating).
