In addition to those discussed in the preceding sub-topics, other benefits and allowances paid under Quebec legislation or otherwise are included as earnings and pecuniary benefits.
These are primarily:

pensions and aggregate amounts received from the CNESST;

pensions or supplements received under the Old Age Security Act; and

pensions or supplements received under the War Veterans Allowance Act.
