The sanction remains intact, but the reduction in assistance does not apply
- for each month during which the recipient is temporarily limited for employment;
- for each month during which the recipient or his or her spouse is severely limited for employment;
- for each month during which the recipient receives an employment-assistance allowance, as of one month after the first month for which the allowance is granted;
- for each month during which the recipient is sheltered or placed in a reception centre taken in charge by a foster home or RESSOURCE INTERMÉDIAIRE.
When one of these situations ends, the sanction resumes the month following the end of the constraints and continues for the duration left in the 12-month sanction period.
