An independent adult placed in the care of a family-type resource (FOSTER HOME) or intermediate resource is recognized as having a temporarily limited capacity for employment. The corresponding allowance (TLCE) is granted as of the month following placement. According to circumstance, the officer will inform the recipient of the procedures required so as to be recognized as having a severely limited capacity for employment.
