PREGNANT women who APPLY by producing a medical certificate, an appointment voucher or a written report signed by a midwife are found to have a temporarily limited capacity for employment as soon as at least 20 weeks have elapsed since the beginning of the pregnancy and until the fifth week following the birth.
The corresponding allowance (TLCE or mixed) is granted:
- in the month following that in which the supporting document is produced;
or
- on the date indicated on the medical document, if the physician was unable to produce it earlier;
or
- in the month following that in which the woman reaches her 20th week of pregnancy, if the document attesting to the pregnancy is already in the file.
